Mike has over 20 years in human resource leadership positions in manufacturing, software and hardware development, forest products, and high-tech including five years as the Vice President of Human Resources for Digimarc Corporation, a global high-tech company providing IT solutions in digital watermarking and secure credentials. Mike has extensive experience in building the HR infrastructure from the ground up and building high performance team based work systems.
Mike is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Oregon State College.
Mike is active in the community serving on non profit boards and coaching youth sports teams.

HR/Payroll Associate: Liz is a true payroll and benefit professional. With over 25 years of experience with companies like Waggener Edstrom and Credence Systems, Liz knows the complexities of administering payroll, benefits, and 401k retirement plans, whether it is ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, Ascentis or a regional payroll provider software system, Liz has worked them all. She knows how to maximize their systems for our clients’ benefit.
Liz has been involved with SMART Reading, working with children every week to encourage the joy of reading. Liz is also active in supporting cancer prevention. She enjoys the outdoors and likes to garden and hike.

HR Consultant: Nancy is a seasoned HR business partner and generalist. She has over 14 years of hands-on experience spanning every critical function of human resources including employee relations; training and employee development; compensation planning; employment law and compliance; benefits administration; organizational development; workforce planning and recruiting.
Nancy has worked in, or consultant for, clients across a variety of industries including software, engineering, higher education, manufacturing, professional services, retail, and non-profit. She is an experienced HR departmental leader, most recently spending four years as the Director of Human Resources for a private university.
Nancy has a proven track record of creating positive, productive relationships with clients and helping them to build policies and employment practices that are fully compliant with laws and regulations, but also align with an organization’s strategy, culture, and goals.
